Kris Goorsky grew up the youngest of three, in Hoffman Estates, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago. After going to college in Iowa, she served in Youth & Family ministries for 30 years in South Dakota, Illinois, and Tucson. She has two grown children, Jon, 26 and Kaela, 23 years old. Kris enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, watching movies, or just being outside.
