Bible Study and Prayer

Sunday School at Immanuel is an important part of our ministry to you. We hope you will join us for worship and experience our focus on education further by visiting one of our Christian Education classes. Visit our Sunday School page or the links below for room locations and curriculum information for each of these classes – and then come and join us!

- Worship Services
  - Time Together – children’s lesson during services
  - 3rd Grade Bibles – presented during services to each child entering 3rd Grade
- Nursery Program – Sunday mornings between 8:30 am – 12:15 pm
- Christian Education Classes – between services

- Youth Group – Sunday evenings (September – May)

From September into May, Immanuel gathers as a learning community each Sunday morning at 9:45 am. Children and adults are welcome to join in anytime during the year. Fellowship with Others

Trunk or Treat – We host a SPOOKTACULAR fun and safe way for the children and families in our community to Trick or Treat! We have music, games, hot dogs, a haunted house, awesome decorated cars and trunks, and lots of candy to hand out!
Cocoa with Santa – Come get in the Christmas spirit! We have cocoa, donuts, holiday crafts for the children to take home and Santa always make a special appearance to meet the kids!
Christmas Pageant – Our children bring the Christmas story to life. This special play is filled with angels, shepherds, wisemen, Joseph and Mary and maybe even a camel. Come see this special performance that tells the story of the night Jesus was born through scripture and song.
Spring Carnival – How do we welcome Springtime at Immanuel? Water balloon fights! Join us for our Spring Carnival full of games and prizes, face painting, music, cotton candy, a jumping castle and great food trucks.
Easter Egg Hunt – Every Easter Sunday at 9:45am we host an Egg Hunt in our courtyard. Lots of candy and surprises to find – hidden by our expert youth group.
Vacation Bible School – Every June we host a VBS for kids ages 3 years through 5^th grade. It is a weeklong camp (9am – 12pm) filled with learning about God’s love for us through games, songs, crafts and making friends. Click the link here to learn more: Scuba VBS 2024

Building a Caring Community

Immanuel is a growing community. We believe in service to others and to our own community. The following are examples of just a few of the events we provide annually for our youth, our teachers, and our community. Click the links for a closer look.

Quilts for graduating Seniors (given on Mother’s Day)
Montlure Summer Camps (early to mid-summer) (photos)
Vacation Bible School (2nd week of June)
Presbyterian Youth Triennium (once every three years)
Service Projects: Gospel Rescue Mission, Casa de los Niños, as well as many other community agencies.

Montlure is a beautiful place for all to grow in their faith in Jesus Christ.
