Director of Christian Formation

Immanuel has an opening for a Director of Christian Formation.

We would like to fill the position in one of two ways, either as one full-time position or separated into two part-time positions: a Part Time Director of Christian Formation and a Part Time Director of Youth Ministry. Job descriptions and Applications are below.

IPC Director of Christian Formation (Full-Time)

Overview of position

Immanuel Presbyterian Church (IPC) is seeking innovative and enthusiastic candidates for the position of Director of Christian Formation (DCF).  This position reports directly to the Pastor/Head of Staff and operates in partnership with the Christian Education Team.

The purpose of the Director of Christian Formation is to empower all ages to grow in Christian discipleship through Christian Education and youth and family ministries.

IPC Director of Christian Formation (Part-Time)

Immanuel Presbyterian Church (IPC) is seeking innovative and enthusiastic candidates for the position of Director of Youth Ministry.  This position reports directly to the Pastor/Head of Staff and operates in partnership with the Christian Education Team and the Director of Christian Formation.

The Director of Youth Ministry will plan, lead, and implement youth ministry to middle school, high school, and occasionally college students. The purpose of the Director of Youth Ministry is to empower students and their families to grow in Christian discipleship.
