We aim to make Sunday School the best hour of a kid's week! There is never a dull moment! For younger kids (age 3 through 5th grade), themed lessons change every 4-6 weeks.
Children start in Room 4/5 at 9:45am to begin our Sunday morning program. We have a high-energy Opening Celebration with songs, skits, prayers, and activities that engages all children ages 3 years through 5th grade. Then the children go to their classrooms with their small group for age-appropriate activities.
Small group activities last approximately 40 minutes or until 10:45 am. Activities are designed to encourage active learning for all types of children through lessons purposely planned to highlight the theme’s Bible Verse and story by way of cooking, art, games, science, stories, and music. The safety of your children is very important to us. All children age 3 through 5th grade must be both signed in (in Room 4/5) and out (from their classrooms) by an adult.
Time Together
Each Sunday during the second half of the worship service, activities are provided for three-year-olds through 1st graders in Room 3. They are led by an adult and a member of our youth group.
